505 Green Chile Recipes

World's Best (& Easiest) Pork Green Chile
5 TBS. beef bullion
3 TBS vegetable oil
3 to 4 lbs of pork/cubed in bite size
1 large onion-chopped
2 Cups Flour
1 Cups Cold water
3 Cups warm water
3 garlic cloves-minced
2 TBS garlic powder
1 TBS pepper
1TSP Salt
1 jar 505 Southwestern Roasted Green Chile

Add oil, pork, onions, minced garlic and garlic powder to large pot
heat on medium heat for about 45 minutes to an hour stirring occasionally
until pork is tender.Pour flour into pot with pork, simmer
constantly stirring for about 10 minutes to brown the flour.Next, pour in the bouillon stir
and wait another 5 minutes. Now pour in your flour, cold-water mixture. Stir for 5 minutes
then add the 3 cups of warm water and continue stirring so the Chile does not become scorched,
which will ruin the whole batch! Finally, add in 32 ounces of 505 Southwestern Roasted Green
